Come along with us and learn about the lives of the interesting people who lived in these 4 great homes all located in the Northwestern area of Alabama. Admission and guided tours include: 

THE ROSENBAUM HOUSE:

One of the only remaining Alabama homes designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Built in 1939. Listed on National Register of Historic Places.







 




W.C. HANDY BIRTHPLACE & MUSEUM:

A simple log cabin built by a former slave that became the birthplace of “The Father of the Blues.”  He was born in this cabin on this site in 1873.







 




BELLE MONT MANSION:

Built circa 1828, Belle Mont Mansion is one of the most outstanding Palladian-style houses in the Deep South. Once the center piece of a large Southern Plantation. Now owned by the Alabama Historical Commission. 



 






IVY GREEN

Birthplace, childhood home and site of communication breakthrough “miracle”for Helen Keller








Also includes a stop at Spring Park, Tuscumbia with lunch at the Claunch Cafe.
