Deposits: All extended tours require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Final payments of the balance due should be made no later than 30 days before departure. *No Statements are Mailed*
One day excursions are to be paid in full at the time of your reservation.

All trips are filled upon first pay, first served basis. We cannot hold spaces for anyone.
Rooming: we will no longer offer triple or quad rooming options
Refunds & Cancellations: Celebration Tours LLC will gladly refund all of your monies due to lack of trip participation. Extended tours, if you cancel prior to the final payment due deadline, a full refund will be given. No refunds after the final payment due deadline. Trip cancellation insurance is available and recommended. We are not, however, responsible for denied insurance claims. Day Trips: No refunds will be given 7 days or less from the departure date.
Departures: Most motor coach tours will depart from Birmingham, AL area. Pickup locations may vary.
Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Special Pickups: Celebration Tours is willing to pick up “groups of passengers” in other various locations as deemed necessary and acceptable. Please check with the Tour Director to see if this applies to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Smoking is NOT allowed on the motor coach.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages on the motor coach is strictly FORBIDDEN.
Seating: Seat assignments are NOT given. Seating is determined on a first come, first choice basis. Only in very “special” instances will any seat be reserved.
Tips & Gratuities: NOTE: driver and escort gratuities are NOT included.
RULE of thumb is: $3.00-$5.00 per day for each separately.
NOTE: Occasionally itineraries must be altered due to unforeseen circumstances. Celebration Tours reserves the right to change the routing, hotel, and/or sightseeing services of any itinerary previously outlined, should local conditions warrant. We hold no responsibility for delays, losses, or accidents incurred by hotels, transportation companies or any other public services involved in the operation of our tours.
